On Tuesday, 12 December 2017, in the morning at 8:27, in Biržų district municipality, on the Biržai–Geidžiūnai–Vabalninkas regional road (kilometre 26.08), a vehicle ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He fled the scene.
