On Wednesday, 18 April 2018, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Šiauliai, on Dainų street near No. 39, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Setra S 317 and a Saab 9-5. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the Setra (27 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
