On Friday, 27 April 2018, in the evening at 18:17, in Vilnius, on Geležinio Vilko street, at the junction with Laisvės pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Subaru Legacy and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Subaru (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
