On Thursday, 10 May 2018, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Klaipėda, on Rambyno street near No. 12, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 316I and an Opel Vectra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
