On Friday, 18 May 2018, in the morning at 7:58, in Anykščių district municipality, on K. Ladigos street, at the junction with Kęstučio street, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a Saab and a MBK Nitro. One person was injured — the 17-year-old driver of the MBK (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Saab (18 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
