On Thursday, 24 May 2018, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Raseiniai–Šilinė national road (kilometre 4.62), a Volvo FH12.420 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Volvo (32 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
