On Sunday, 24 June 2018, in the afternoon at 15:45, in Kaunas, on Radvilėnų pl., at the junction with Tunelio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Honda Jazz and a Ford Mondeo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Honda, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
