Hit-and-run, unlicensed BMW driver in crash with Volkswagen on Žeimių g., Jonava
On Wednesday, 25 July 2018, in the morning at 7:14, in Jonavos district municipality, on Žeimių street near No. 27, a collision with one vehicle turning left and the other right occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
