On Tuesday, 14 August 2018, in the morning at 10:44, in Kauno city municipality, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a DAF NW20-32 registered in Poland, an Iveco 35C15, a trailer/semi-trailer > 10 t, a Volvo FH and a MAN. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the DAF (2 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
