On Wednesday, 15 August 2018, in the afternoon at 14:57, in Šalčininkų district municipality, on the Vilnius–Lyda main road (kilometre 45.32), a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
