On Wednesday, 22 August 2018, in the morning at 7:05, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr. near No. 80, an Alfa Romeo 147 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Alfa Romeo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
