On Wednesday, 12 September 2018, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kaunas, on Vandžiogalos pl. near No. 4G, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V70 and a MAN. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Volvo (34 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
