On Wednesday, 17 October 2018, in the afternoon at 16:15, in Kaunas, on A. Baranausko street, at the junction with B. Sruogos street, a BMW 525 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
