On Wednesday, 24 October 2018, in the afternoon at 13:49, in Vilniaus district municipality, Platiniškių village, on Adomo Mickevičiaus street, at the junction with Karveliškių street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 88-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (60 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
