On Thursday, 8 November 2018, at night at 1:50, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Ukmergė–Raguva–Nemėžis national road (kilometre 5.02), a Volkswagen Passat rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
