On Friday, 9 November 2018, in the evening at 21:45, in Kaunas, on A. Jakšto street, at the junction with Jonavos street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
