On Monday, 19 November 2018, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Raseinių district municipality, on Vytauto Didžiojo street near No. 11, at the junction with V. Kudirkos street, a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Toyota Avensis and a Citroen Xantia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the Citroen (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
