On Sunday, 27 January 2019, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Raseinių district municipality, on Jaunimo street near No. 4, a Ford S-MAX hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 74-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Ford (40 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
