On Friday, 23 November 2018, at night at 2:42, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 102.75), a Renault Premium 250.18 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Renault (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
