On Friday, 30 November 2018, in the afternoon at 13:45, in Joniškio district municipality, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas main road (kilometre 15.15), a Seat Leon hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing.
