On Sunday, 3 March 2019, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Utenos district municipality, Daugailių town, on Didžioji street near No. 23, an Audi A4 Avant ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Audi (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
