On Friday, 8 March 2019, at night at around 4:00, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 136.35), a MAN TGX ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the MAN (13 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
