On Saturday, 13 April 2019, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Pramonės pr., at the junction with Taikos pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Zafira and a BMW 320D. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the driver of the Opel (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
