On Friday, 19 April 2019, in the evening at 17:38, in Kaunas, on Tunelio street near No. 1, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A6 Avant and a Toyota Auris. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Audi, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
