On Wednesday, 29 May 2019, in the morning at around 7:00, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr., at the junction with J. Basanavičiaus al., a collision with a motorcycle occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Corolla Verso, a Chrysler Voyager and a Honda. One person was injured — the 24-year-old driver of the Honda (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Toyota (12 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
