On Monday, 8 July 2019, in the evening at 19:54, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 119.40), a Volvo FM7 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Volvo (29 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
