On Friday, 26 July 2019, at night at 1:14, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 57.16), an Audi A3 ran off the road. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Audi (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
