On Sunday, 8 September 2019, in the evening at 20:19, in Telšių district municipality, on Stoties street near No. 21, at the junction with Karaliaus Mindaugo street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He was drunk (1.31‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
