On Monday, 16 September 2019, in the morning at 10:51, in Pasvalio district municipality, Paįstriečių village, on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga main road (kilometre 35), a Dodge RAM 1500 registered in Netherlands rolled over.
