On Wednesday, 20 November 2019, in the evening at around 18:00, in Prienų district municipality, Išlaužo village, on Kauno pl., at the junction with Žvejų street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz C180, a Mercedes-Benz, a Chevrolet Captiva and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz C180 (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
