On Friday, 13 December 2019, in the evening at 18:30, in Kaunas, on Chemijos street, at the junction with Pramonės pr., a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Yaris and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Toyota (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. She fled the scene.
