On Wednesday, 8 January 2020, in the afternoon at 15:03, in Trakų district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 22), a Citroen C4 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Citroen (24 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
