On Thursday, 9 January 2020, in the morning at 9:30, in Kaunas, on R. Kalantos street, at the junction with K. Baršausko street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 406 and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Peugeot (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
