On Saturday, 22 February 2020, in the afternoon at 13:30, in Kauno district municipality, on Stasio Lozoraičio street near No. 1B, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a Hyundai Terracan hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 79-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Hyundai (24 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
