On Saturday, 22 February 2020, in the evening at 22:30, in Tauragės district municipality, on Vytauto street near No. 83, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Seat Cordoba and a Mercedes-Benz CLK320. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Seat (3 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.73‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
