On Tuesday, 25 February 2020, at night at 1:25, in Kaunas, on Jurbarko street, at the junction with Jonavos street, a BMW hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
