Drunk Ford driver runs off the road on the Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva road
On Friday, 10 April 2020, in the afternoon at 14:58, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva national road (kilometre 79.32), a Ford Mondeo ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was likely caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Ford. He was drunk (1.49‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
