On Saturday, 11 April 2020, in the evening at 20:30, in Klaipėda, on Skautų street near No. 33A, an Opel Astra hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 41-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. She had no driving licence.
