On Wednesday, 10 March 2021, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Klaipėda, on Skautų street near No. 1, at the junction with Pamario street, a Volkswagen Passat ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
