On Tuesday, 19 May 2020, in the morning at 6:43, in Vilnius, on V. Grybo street near No. 1, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 315 CDI and a Toyota Avensis. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (10 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet.
