On Wednesday, 27 September 2017, in the morning at 6:48, in Vilnius, on V. Grybo street, at the junction with Petro Rimšos street, a Mercedes-Benz E270 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 64-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (10 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
