On Friday, 12 June 2020, in the morning at 7:13, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Aristava–Sitkūnai main road (kilometre 22.35), a Lexus IS 250 registered in Poland ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Lexus (19 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
