On Wednesday, 24 June 2020, in the evening at 20:15, in Vilnius, on Konstitucijos pr., at the junction with T. Narbuto street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 316 and a Yamaha TDM 850. Two people were injured — a 25-year-old passenger of the Yamaha (treated as an outpatient) and the 36-year-old driver of the Yamaha (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
