On Thursday, 9 July 2020, in the morning at around 7:00, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 62.10), a Renault Premium registered in Latvia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Renault (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
