On Thursday, 24 September 2020, in the evening at 19:35, in Vilnius, on Liepkalnio street near No. 110, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Corolla and a Subaru B9 Tribeca. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 78-year-old driver of the Toyota (30 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
