On Friday, 9 October 2020, in the evening at around 18:00, in Marijampolės municipality, on V. Kudirkos street, at the junction with Gedimino street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 80-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
