On Wednesday, 18 November 2020, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Prancūzų street near No. 72B, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
