On Friday, 20 November 2020, in the evening at 21:15, in Vilnius, on Žirmūnų street near No. 92, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320 and a BMW 525I. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW 320 (2 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
