On Thursday, 10 December 2020, in the morning at around 8:00, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 60.10), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a DAF FT XF95, a Koegel and a Toyota. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the DAF (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident there was fog, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 110 km/h.
