On Thursday, 10 December 2020, in the evening at 22:40, in Kaunas, on Tilto street, at the junction with Upės street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 Avant and a BMW 3ER Reihe. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
